Return Eligibility

• Timeframe: 30 days from delivery date for full-price items (14 days for sale items).
• Condition: Items must be:
  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

Non-Returnable Items

• Swimwear without hygiene seals
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Final sale items (marked “Final Sale”)

How to Return

1. Initiate Return: Log in to your account at flatteringactive.com and complete the return form.
2. Shipping:
   • UK: Free returns via prepaid label (emailed after approval).
   • International: Customer pays return shipping; mark packages as “RETURN – [Order Number]”.
3. Send Back: Ship within 14 days of approval.

Refunds

• Processing Time: 5–10 business days after receipt.
• Method: Original payment or store credit (customer’s choice).
• Exceptions: Original shipping fees non-refundable unless item is faulty.

Faulty Items

• Report within 48 hours with photos via Support Portal.
• Free return shipping for verified defects.
